Purchasing a model

• Throughout the year I offer a number of sales pieces. They're posted only on luuskat.com.

• There is no set schedule when horses drop. Usually there is at least one larger drop per month. If you subscribe to the emailing list, you'll be notified of available works once a month. I encourage you to check the front page (where Available horses reside) more often though, as I tend to add a few surprise pieces for sale every now and then. You may get lucky!

• How to purchase? You have two options.

  1. You may purchase models via front page's shop. Add desired horse to cart, type in your info and click send. I'll then contact you regarding shipping info, payment plan & payment. Everything is then handled and arranged safely via email.

  2. You can also simply send me a message via contact page and let me know which horse you'd like to purchase. We'll then arrange everything via email.

• I will NOT accept offers or sell my horses via my old Instagram account @luuskat, like I did before.

• I've learned I work best as a free mind, so I will say no to commission request at a 99% certainty. You may still contact me and propose your idea. I won't say yes easily.

• My horses are raw customs and sold as such. Im not a prep artist, so you, or your chosen finish artist will likely do some prep, more or less depending on your personal preference.

• Make sure to subscribe to my free emailing-list to be notified as pieces launch.

Payment

• I offer time payments and paid in full options. You may choose desired option at checkout.

• For orders under 350,00€ I offer maximum of two payment installments/parts.

• For orders above 350,00€, time pays are accepted up to 4 month in general, this is negotiable. TP option has an extra fee, amount depending on works value.

• I don't offer returns.

• I accept PayPal and bank transfer.

• Each horse's pricing can be found in their respective ads.

Shipping

• I ship internationally from Finland.

• Priority insured option is also available.

• Shipping is covered by the buyer.

• Current pricing can be found on www. posti .fi.

• European rates start from 19,90€.

• Shipping to The USA and the rest of the world starts from 45,90€.

• After you've placed your order I'll contact you regarding shipping cost and details. Please request an exact shipping estimate before offering if you’re uncertain.

I will not ship horses packed poorly or in too small boxes, as their delicate nature requires extra care.

Other

My horses leave the studio only to be appreciated and loved, taken care of and I wish to keep an open communication with the recipients of my works. I do not take part in hobby drama or groups, please don't deal with me if you intent to cause problems and drama. I am able to create a small number of works yearly and I take this, my time and my work very seriously. Please respect that and let's keep creating more beauty into this world. <3
